Coming back to Innovation, there are several ways to achieve high levels of innovation in a company, first and foremost, let's not fool ourselves, the people. I mean, you may have the latest technologies available, the most sophisticated laboratories, even the funding to invest in new product development (or NPD as the marketers call it), but, if your team does not have the gene of the innovation, you better start thinking how you are going to refresh your staff, or find the right partner. Now, let's assume you do have the right team, then what ?..... click here.
