Coming back to Innovation, there are several ways to achieve high levels of innovation in a company, first and foremost, let's not fool ourselves, the people. I mean, you may have the latest technologies available, the most sophisticated laboratories, even the funding to invest in new product development (or NPD as the marketers call it), but, if your team does not have the gene of the innovation, you better start thinking how you are going to refresh your staff, or find the right partner. Now, let's assume you do have the right team, then what ?..... click here. If you like to read, you can read a fantastic book called "Crossing the Chasm"  by Geoffrey Moore, which offers time tested insights into the problems and dangers facing growing software companies, and a blueprint for survival. This classic text (first published in 1991) is widely accepted as "the bible for bringing cutting-edge products to progressively larger markets".
